Hi my name is Nina and i also feel you guys because i need help myself. I am a single mother of 2 beautiful children and im loosing my teeth. I am to young to be loosing them.I cry almost everyday. My teeth are very weak and i dont even like eating candy. It seems like everytime i go to the dentist and i want them to fill them in before anything happens it seems like they always tell me that i cant do anything else to my teeth but take them out... now i am very depressed everytime i see my teeth and i am missing them. It can get very fustrated at times for me that it does make me not want to be in this world sometimes but i try so hard not to think about that. But i know that one of these days something is going to happen to me because of all that drepression and i wont be able to be here for my children. My Health Insurance would not cover my teeth to fix them the way they are suppose to be fixed so thats why everytime i go i got to be taken them out. And that is very embarrassing for me because i am only 21 years old with teeth missing that i cant smile for a picture. Please Help me with something. Even if it is just to talk. Believe me i really go through this.Thanks for trying to understand me. And i also appreciate your time.

Iam in the same boat as everyone else here but I have good news to tell you.I have found a place to get the dental work done for free! Check your local chapter of ST. VincentDePaul I dont know if its available everywhere but the one in my city has a free dental lottery. Twice a year they have a lottery and you have to call to find out when but if you send in a letter they will send you an application for the lottery. Then its just a matter of waiting to get picked.I have entered twice so far and havent been picked yet but I am very hopeful it will happen soon. A friend of mine told me about it , she was picked and got her whole mouth fixed with new dentures for free! So there is hope out there. Good Luck!

THE ONLY THING IS, WITH MOST PLACES SUCH AS THE DDS APPLICATION YOU HAVE TO EITHER BE 55YRS OLD OR DISABLED. NOT ANYTHING FOR JUST CAN'T AFFORD IT AND NEED SOME HELP. I HAD TO SPEND 3000 ON DENTAL AND NOW I WANTED TO GET THE INVISILINE BECAUSE BRACES I HAD BEFORE MADE MY TEETH BRITTLE AND I HAVE TO HAVE 5000 UP FRONT. I HATE IT SO BAD.. BUT I JUST PRAYED ABOUT IT AND I KNOW SOMETHING WILL HAPPEN... MAY NOT BE WHAT I WANT BUT.. TAKE CARE AND GOD BLESS LW

heck, i know what you mean!! i'm a 37 year old mother of three and I do have dental insurance, but my husband and i only get 600 a year for basics, after the x-rays, cleaning, filling maybe ONE tooth...it's gone!!! we are in need of major dental care..i need a partial plate badly to fix two large gaps and my husband needs his front teeth fixed..will insurance even consider helping with those costs?? heck NO! they consider it " cosmetic" even with dental insurance..we don't get diddley squat too! Believe me, you're not alone!!!

i am a 39yr young,mother of 4 to be losing,what i consider my image, is a real downer the total package is your smile, sure everything else but people are drown to the smile, for me to be covering my mouth is redicules. i don,t wish to live like a hermit,i want to come out as the sun is bright. let me shine again iam missing my back molars i have my upper molar open,with a fowl odor when i brush i can smell the odor. ew,ew please help me smile bright again.

i know excactly what you are goin through i am a single parent of two girls and I am having the same problems with my teeth and i also do not have dental insurance. but I have a bigger problem even if I could get the help I have a major fear of the dentist from a child hood experience I would need to be put to sleep and they would have to take almost all of my teeth because they are rotting away. I do not smile because of my two front teeth are rotting from the root down. and they have become very brown. It is very embaressing. so to get to my point I am sorry for your problems and just to let you know you are not alone thanks for posting this because it lets me know that I am not alone either. bobbiejo

I know what you mean , I too am in danger of losing my teeth , I have no insurance I am a single mom making only 8 .00 an hour , I dont know what to do .
